Login Troubleshooting

FOCUS:
If you experience problems logging into the FOCUS portal from www.amsservices.com/login follow these steps:

  • The user ID and password are case sensitive, so check your caps lock key on your keyboard.
  • Try using your e-mail address as the user ID.
  • If you are the FOCUS administrator try using your seven digit customer number as the user ID.
  • If you are not the FOCUS administrator please contact the FOCUS administrator in your office to confirm your FOCUS login account information. 
  • Select Forgot your password to have the FOCUS password reset. The new password will be sent to the e-mail address on file for your FOCUS account.
  • If these tips did not help you log into FOCUS and you need immediate assistance for your management system call 800.456.7895 or use one of the other contact methods for customer support.

Product Support Centers:
If you are prompted to log in to a product support center follow these tips:

  • The user name and password are case sensitive, so check your caps lock key on your keyboard.
  • Typically the user name is your seven digit customer number.
  • If you changed you password in FOCUS it does not automatically change the product support center password. Continue to use your old password for this log in prompt. Once you log in successfully change this password by going to Edit Web Account Information.
