FOCUS Customer Portal

AMS encourages the use of our online customer support services. Use the customer portal, FOCUS to search the solutions knowledge base for answers to your questions, create new cases and manage any existing cases. FOCUS also includes AMS product specific news to keep you up-to-date on the announcements from Customer Support.  

Getting started with FOCUS
Select the FOCUS link below, which will take you to a log in page for the FOCUS portal.  If you have any problems logging in please refer to the links under "Need Help Logging In?".

The first time you log in we recommend that you set up a password hint question and answer as an added security measure. To do so, log in to FOCUS and then follow these steps:

• Select My FOCUS Account from the menu on the left side of the page. 
• Select Change Profile Info
• Click Change Password Hint and follow the on-screen instructions. 
• If you want to change your password select Change Password from the Change Profile Info page.
