Use FOCUS:
FOCUS is AMS' customer relationship management (CRM) program. Use FOCUS to search for solutions, create cases, manage cases, view FAQ's, use Troubleshooting Guides and much more. The Solutions within FOCUS contain answers to common questions and problem resolution. New solutions are added weekly. To learn more about FOCUS please refer to the FOCUS Help Page.


Call the IVR (Interactive Voice Response):
Support cases can be created through an automated telephone service called the IVR.  IVR should only be used if your Internet access to FOCUS is unavailable. All cases logged through the IVR are set as a "standard" priority. To reach the IVR call 800.456.7895 or 979.209.8800.  When you call this number have your AMS customer number and a problem code from the appropriate Problem Type Lists ready.  On IVR you are required to leave a voicemail message.  For more information on using IVR please refer to the IVR Tips page. 


Support Hours: AMS Sagitta Support is open 7AM to 8PM EST Monday through Friday.  All other product support is open 8AM to 8PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday.  However, the online support tools are available any time.

FOCUS Password:
If you do not know your password for FOCUS select the link, "Forgot Your Password?" from the Customer Login page. This feature will allow you to reset your password. For more information refer to the Login Troubleshooting page.


How to get support for TransactNOW:

TransactNOW support is available through the normal support channels – FOCUS and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). For IVR, to have your case routed properly please refer to the TransactNOW problem type for your management system and have your AMS customer number.
